Subscription Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to any subscription service through www.motherdaily.co (Subscription Service). All Subscription Services will also be subject to our Terms & Conditions of Sale (as amended from time to time).

1. Subscription Details

By subscribing to MotherDaily (the "Subscription"), you agree to purchase and receive regular deliveries of our product every 28 days.

2. Subscription Benefits

Discount: Enjoy a 15% discount on the regular price of our product

Free Shipping: All Subscription orders are shipped free of charge to addresses in Australian and New Zealand metro areas.

Convenience: Receive your favourite products automatically, without the hassle of re-ordering.

3. Subscription Fee and Payment

The initial payment for your Subscription order will be taken at the time of checkout. Subsequent payments will be charged to your nominated payment method every 28 days following the date of your first order.

You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each payment is processed.

You have the option to delay a payment by either 7 or 14 days by emailing support@motherdaily.co.

We will notify you by email of any change to the price of your Subscription products. If as a result of a price change you do not want to continue with the Subscription Service, then you can cancel your subscription as detailed below.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your Subscription at any time [AL1] [RK2] by emailing support@motherdaily.co.  If you cancel less than 48 hours before a Subscription payment, that payment and order will be processed as usual, and the cancellation will be effective for the subsequent Subscription payment and order.

There are no cancellation fees.

If you cancel your Subscription, you will not be charged for any future deliveries. However, you will not be entitled to a refund for any deliveries that have already been processed.

We may cancel the Subscription Service with 1 months’ written notice to you.

5. Delivery

Your Subscription orders will be delivered to the address you provide when you sign up for the Subscription.

You can update your delivery address at any time by emailing support@motherdaily.co

We will make every effort to deliver your Subscription orders on time. However, we are not responsible for any delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as shipping carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.

All orders are subject to availability. If your Subscription order is not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order. This will not affect the frequency of your chosen Subscription Service.

6. Changes to Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website.

Where an amendment could be reasonably expected to adversely affect you, we will give you reasonable notice of the variation having regard to the nature of the amendment. If you do not want to continue with the Subscription Service with the proposed amendments, then you can cancel your subscription as detailed above.

Your continued use of the Subscription following any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes. 

7. Governing Law

These Subscription Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
